At Fitbytes, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that every product delivered meets our premium clean-label and freshness standards. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a No Return Policy.

1. No Return Policy

As Fitbytes products are food items and consumables, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all our customers.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

While returns are not accepted, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit.

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Share your order number and contact details

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste preferences

  • Minor packaging dents without product damage

  • Failure to read product details before ordering

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

6. Quality Assurance

All Fitbytes products are:

  • Sealed for safety

  • Carefully packed

  • Quality-checked before dispatch

We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage immediately.
